DataFacts is an electronic notification published by Medi-Span (part of Wolters Kluwer Health). DataFacts focuses on unanticipated or significant data changes to Medi-Span data.

|
|
To access DataFacts, enter your Login ID and Password in the designated area in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Press the Login button.
|
|
|
Note: Your Login ID is your email address that is populated in the Medi-Span database.
|
|
|
If you forgot your Password, click the “Forgot Password?” link just below the Password field. Re-enter your Login ID when requested, and then click the Submit button. A new temporary password will be sent to you via e-mail momentarily.
|
|
|
